Hi, I’m Nancy.
I began writing after I met my best friend. We’d make pencil drawings of surrealist furniture, pecan trees, the insides of pianos. These moments inspired words, then stories, and soon enough I was hooked. My writing seeks to articulate the gravity of in-between places, moments lost in translation. My publications have been few and far between, but have been featured at Grist Journal, The Acentos Review, and Shepherd University’s Anthology of Appalachian Writers.
